Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Rider to ensure timely deliveries of goods and documents. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local routes and traffic laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages and documents to specified locations on time.
- Carry out deliveries for a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
- Communicate with the supervisor or clients regarding delivery status or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts.
- Ensure the bike is in good working condition and report any issues.
- Follow safety regulations and company guidelines.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth guest check-ins, security, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting the night audit involves reconciling guest accounts, verifying room rates, and ensuring that any discrepancies are identified and addressed promptly.
- Creating and maintaining accurate guest folios. This involves recording charges, payments, and any additional services used by guests during their stay.
- Ensure that all transactions, including card payments, are properly recorded and balanced.
- Supervise night staff and front desk operations.

- Closing out the day’s financial activities and preparing the system for the next day‘s operations are integral to the night auditor’s role.

- Run all audit reports and organize as directed.
- Verify accommodation, spa and restaurant balances.
- Verify that guest rates are correct.
- Do bucket check daily
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel operations or night management.
